A Scottish Lunch for Burns Night

Opening with the Selkirk Grace, followed by a splendid Scottish themed lunch of haggis, ‘neeps and tatties’ and a traditional Cranachan dessert all specially provided by Park Farm Hotel, past President Iain Duncan really brought to life what for many had often been the previously impenetrable works of Robert Burns.. Interwoven with stories from Burns often harsh life recounted in Iain’s classic Scottish burr and and featuring a toast to the haggis with a tot of Glenmorangie single malt, this was a unique and memorable event for the club and much thanks is duet to Iain for all his hard work in bringing such a special occasion about.
